A "sprinkle" for Mia

My dear friends were so sweet to throw a shower (we called it a sprinkle) for baby Mia. Everything was absolutely perfect ... from the location (Debbie and Peter's lovely home), to the food (just delicious), the gorgeous decorations (all pink and purple with a ballet theme!), to the fabulous cupcakes (Icing on the Cake, my favorite!), and, of course the company.


Thank you SO much Steph (who flew all the way from Houston with her suitcase packed with flower vases!), Gina, Jessica, Debbie, and Michelle. It couldn't have been more perfect.

I know that Gina took a bunch of pictures, but here are a few from my camera ... I'll add more soon!

31 weeks and counting!

Luke got a real big boy bed this weekend! I was a bit concerned about how he might react to all of the changes, particularly moving his crib and beloved rocking chair out of his room and into the baby's ... but I apparently had nothing to worry about. He's sleeping GREAT in his new bed and was thrilled (over-the-top thrilled!) to have a big boy bed!
