Mother's Day Moments

Luke's class held a very special afternoon to honor the moms on the Friday before Mother's Day.  Day and I were invited into Luke's class for a special performance, gifts, and treats.

After our special afternoon with Luke, we celebrated Day's birthday!

And to round out Mother's Day weekend, I enjoyed some beautiful weather and a new book ... and some snacks with my sweet girl.

We had a lovely, relaxing day. We enjoyed brunch here while Luke played in the yard with Uncle Todd and the dogs. It was perfect weather. I love Mother's Day.

Luke, thank you for making me a mommy. I can't imagine life without you, and it is honestly my pleasure and honor to be your mom.
